M.A TELUGU
The main objective of M.A in is to develop fundamental understanding of literature and literary sensibilies, to foster Comparative and interdisciplinary research.

for a particular year(s), is applicable. Reservation in admissions
shall be as per Govt.of India norms.
Duration 4 Semesters for the 2-year PG Programme
Pattern Semester / CBCS as per NEP 2020 with an exit option at the end of second semester.
Eligibility A 3 year Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 120 credits for a 2 year
/ 4 semester PG programme. A student is eligible for M.A. in Telugu if she/he has studied Telugu as a language or Telugu literature as one of the options at UG level.
The student also should have knowledge of Sanskrit as she/he has to choose softcore options from Sanskrit electives.

Medium of Instruction : Sanskrit (for Traditional subjects), English (for Modern subjects) & Concerned Languages for the Language
