 ABOUT EXAMINATION SECTION:

The Examination  Section of National Sanskrit University, Tirupati serves as the central administrative body responsible for managing all aspects of student evaluation and certification. It plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations and the timely declaration of results across a wide spectrum of academic programs. The Examination Section of the University is responsible for organizing and conducting the end-semester-examinations (entrance tests for admission to various academic courses). It also organizes the evaluation of the performance of the students appeared in semester end examinations of various subjects/courses i.e. Shastri (BA), B.Sc. (Yoga, Comps, Math.), Shastri Shiksha Shastri (B.A. B.Ed.) Acharya (M.A.), M.A. in Hindi, M.Sc. (Yoga, Comps, Math.), Shiksha shastri (B.Ed.), Shiksha Acharya(M.Ed.), Vidya Varidhi (PhD), Diploma and Certificate Courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting Examinations – Organizing and overseeing examinations for regular courses offered in NSU and for distance education programs offered by Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE)

Issuance of Degrees and Certifications – Facilitating the award of degrees for all programs, including research degrees.

Student Support Services – Addressing and resolving student queries and issues related to corrections & reissuance of Marksheet, Degree, Migration certificates, Transfer Certificates  Provisional Certificates & Original Degree certificates.

All activities are carried out in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the Examination Board and the Academic Council, ensuring transparency, accuracy, and academic integrity.
