This is one of the prestigious major projects of the Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati with lot many unique features generously funded by Sri Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, Tirupati.

This mega project on the Mahabharata is useful to all walks of people. Researchers, Scholars, Common readers and even enthusiastic youth and children can have many interesting things to know about in this project. The project begins with a Theme Song by clicking on which one can have a pleasant view of the Mahabharata from various aspects. For the convenience of the readers the text is provided in three scripts:

a) Devanagari

b) Telugu and

c) Roman Script.

This presents the live text of the Mahabharata with 18 search parameters such as:

1. Sloka search in Alphabetical order (From the whole text, Para wise, adhyaya wise and even upaparva wise)

2. Parva search

3. Adhyaya search

4. Search for important Persons, Places and Things

5. Exhaustive Summaries of all 18 parvas in Hindi, English and Telugu

7. Audio-Visuals for some selected slokas covering the entire theme of the Mahabharata
